General Terms and Conditions

CanSolutions offers private integrative and naturopathic consultations and support for cancer patients, as follows:

• First consultation — personal interview, review of medical documentation, and creation of an individual DD9 PROTOCOL.
• Follow-up consultations — check-ups with monitoring and adjustment of the approach.
• Telephone consultation on the commercial number 090 3001.

Services are integrative and naturopathic in nature. They do not constitute or replace official oncological treatment. Please evaluate the efficacy and safety of individual units with your attending oncologist.

Appointments are available exclusively by prior arrangement — via the Scheduling form, phone, or email. The booking is confirmed when the client receives a written or telephone confirmation from CanSolutions.

An appointment booking represents time reserved exclusively for the client with the expert. Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, in the form of an SMS message or email.

In case of cancellation after this deadline or failure to attend the appointment, the provider may charge half the cost of the service. By canceling appointments in a timely manner, the client helps others and contributes to shorter waiting times.

• First consultation: 120 €.
• Next consultation — follow-up: 90 €.
• Telephone consultation at 090 3001: 2.19 € per minute (incl. VAT).

Prices are listed in euros. Payment is possible in cash (cash receipt) or to transaction account SI56 0202 7026 2672 417. For each service performed, an invoice is issued in accordance with applicable legislation.

The client undertakes to:

• Bring relevant documentation to the consultation.
• Honestly provide information that is important for the safety and appropriateness of the approach.
• Follow the recommendations received during the consultation.
• Consult with their attending oncologist and physician regarding any changes and updates from the DD9 PROTOCOL.

The provider is not responsible for any consequences resulting from withheld or inaccurate data regarding the client's condition. In case of a medical emergency, call 112.

The provider does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that a client might initiate in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes. For potential disputes, the substantively competent court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction.

The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. The valid version is always published on this page. For already booked and confirmed appointments, the terms that were in effect at the time of booking apply.
