Understanding the disease
Types of cancer
Cancer is a general name for a group of diseases in which metabolically altered cells divide uncontrollably and can invade surrounding tissues and spread throughout the body. Cancer diseases are classified according to the tissue of origin and the specific organs where the disease occurs.
To this day, it is still not fully clear what percentage of the disease is due to genetic inheritance, and according to global statistics, that percentage is falling every year. There are increasingly more findings that the causes are: indirectly stress, which consequently causes a slow but chronic decline in the immune system, inadequate nutrition full of antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, herbicides, dyes, artificial flavors, heavy metals in food, water, and air...
Main groups of cancer (by origin)
Carcinomas
The most common type, which begins in skin cells or tissues that cover internal organs (e.g., breast, lung, prostate, colon cancer).
Sarcomas
Originate from bone, cartilage, fat, muscle, or blood vessels.
Leukemias
Cancers of blood-forming tissues, such as bone marrow, where a large number of abnormal white blood cells are produced in the blood.
Lymphomas
Cancers of the lymph nodes and immune system.

Breast cancer
The most common form of cancer in women, which begins in breast tissue. Hormone-dependent breast cancer or triple-negative breast cancer.
Prostate cancer
The most common cancer in men, which develops in the prostate.
Colorectal cancer
A common cancer of the digestive tract, which often develops from precancerous changes (polyps).
Lung cancer
Very aggressive form of cancer (lung adenocarcinoma, small cell lung cancer, squamous cell lung cancer, ...).
Skin cancer
Including non-melanoma skin cancer and dangerous melanoma.
Lymphoma (Hodgkin lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma)
Cancer of the lymph nodes and immune system; we distinguish between Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Cervical cancer
Pancreatic cancer
Brain cancer (astrocytoma, glioblastoma, glioma)
Ovarian cancer
Liver cancer
Thyroid cancer
Throat cancer
Esophageal cancer
Stomach cancer
Duodenal cancer
Small intestine cancer
Kidney cancer
Adrenal gland cancer
Blood cancer
Bone cancer
Sarcoma (soft tissue sarcoma, Ewing sarcoma)
Testicular cancer
Bile duct cancer
HOW CANCER CELLS DEFEND THEMSELVES AGAINST IMMUNE CELLS AND WHAT WE CAN DO TO HELP THE IMMUNE SYSTEM START RECOGNIZING AND ATTACKING CANCER CELLS AGAIN
The immune system plays an important role
As long as it is in good condition, it performs its task and defends the body — it kills emerging cancer cells (parent and daughter cells). When we bring it to a state where it can no longer perform its task due to an improper lifestyle, a malignant cancer may develop in the body. A human is composed of approximately 50 trillion cells, of which every healthy cell produces approximately 1.4 V of ATP energy in 24 hours. As long as there is enough oxygen and nutrients, it will perform its task and remain in the aerobic mode of combustion - ATP energy production. When we gradually deprive a healthy cell/cells/body of necessary nutrients through an unhealthy lifestyle, and reduce the concentration of oxygen in the cell by the presence of toxins that acidify the cellular environment, the cell will no longer be capable of producing 1.4 V of ATP energy in 24 hours. When its energy production falls below 0.6 V, its survival will be threatened and it will make a decision to survive, and it will change its metabolism from aerobic to anaerobic. It will start burning sugar and glutamine without the presence of oxygen. At that moment, it will transform from a healthy cell into a cancer cell. And that is the beginning of the disease we call cancer.
That is why it is very important to live and act preventively and to maintain the immune system in a good condition.
